How do I respectively enable or disable the 5 monitoring engines?
All the five monitoring engines can be respectively enabled or disabled,
and it is a incredibly easy operation. For example, if you want to monitor
Keystrokes and Websites only and disable other 3 monitoring engines (i.e.
Application, File/Folder and Screenshot engine), all you need to do is right-clicking
on the corresponding item in the left hand panel. If you want to enable
one of them, just right click once again.

Will 007 spy software slow down my computer?
No. 007 spy software is a really small and efficient application. It works
quietly in the background and has been optimized to minimize resource use.
You will not notice any decrease of performance of your computer. There
is also a wide variety of settings that you can adjust to improve performance.

Why can I see nothing when I executed 007 spy software?
You must have configured 007 spy software to run in stealth mode. You can
press the Hotkey to make 007 spy software visible. The default Hotkey of
007 spy software is CTRL+ALT+F7, that means when 007 spy software
is invisible you can simultaneously press the "Ctrl", "Alt", and "F7" key
to make it visible. If it does not help, please refer to our troubleshooting page.

I can not deliver logs via Email, what's the problem?
Firstly please download our latest version and try again.
Please double check the email address you inputed into the "Email Address" field of 007 and press "Test Now" button
to see what will happen.
If you get the successful message of testing delivery but can not find the test email in your email box, you must DOUBLE CHECK the junk/spam/trash folder of your email box. 99% of our customers have the same issue due to the same reason. Or you can change the "Sender Name" and "Subject", then try again.
Anyway, Email system is the most complicated application on the Internet. Maybe the test email was banned by your email server, maybe it was deleted automatically by your email provider's anti-spam filter, etc. We strongly suggest that you try several different email boxes (we recommend the free Yahoo web mail) and kindly let us know the result.

Why should I register?

I have received my Registration Code, but how do I use it to finish registration?
You have to enter the Serial Number EXACTLY as you received from us into
007 spy software's Registration Window. To do this just click the "Register
Now" button in the up-left corner of 007 spy software's interface and the
Registration Window will appear. In the "Enter your name" field
you must enter your full name, and then copy (select exactly the entire
string then press Ctrl+C) the Serial Number and paste (press Ctrl+V) them
into the next textbox, then click the OK button to finish registration.
Please keep in mind that they ARE case sensitive. If you still have problem
just feel free to contact us at Registration@e-spy-software.com (don't forget
to attach your Serial Number).

No, because it will break our Software License Agreement. If you want to
