Ordering FAQ
1. How do I order your spy products?
You can place your order via online, by phone/fax, and by postal mail, and you can send us payment through Credit Card, PayPal, Check, Money Order, Cash, Direct Wire Transfer, Purchase Order and Western Union.
No matter what method you prefer, please fill out our online order form and pick your preferred method at the bottom, then click "Next" button and follow the direction on the next page.
2.How will my purchase appear on the bill?
The charge statement will discreetly appear on your bill as "plimus.COM ONLINE" - our credit card processor.
3.How long does it take to process my order?
When ordering our product online, your registration details and license code/full version will be delivered by e-mail immediately. Fax orders will be processed and delivered within 48 hours. Mail order processing and registration delivery depend heavily on the location from which payment was shipped.
4.Can I purchase your software with PayPal?
Yes! Now all our products can be purchased with PayPal!
5. If I purchase your software, will you deliver a CD package to my home?
All of our products are available on CD, but normally a postal package will defeat the purpose of "stealth" spy, so we only electronically send a download link URL or a "registration number" to your E-mail box, then you can get the full version online.
But if you need you can simply opt-in the "CDROM" option in the order page to receive our product on a CD.
6.I have lost my Order ID/Registration Info. Where can I obtain it?
Please simply visit our "Retrieve Order" page to find out your order information.
